Hmmm??? On Ryan's site and in Angus originally discussion of this watch on RG, they both represent that this watch has a SA3135 movement, which is the clone of the 3135 (with the hands moving in the same direction you turn the crown). The A3135 is the 2836, with the "cloned" bridge. It can get confusing, but there is a huge difference (you can tell the difference the moment you go to set the time because the hands move forward by rotating the crown clockwise on the gen 3135, counterclockwise on any ETA or clone eta movement).
As to the earlier question about the quality of the movement the SA3135 (true clone of the 3135), the manufacturer is on either V2 or V3 at the moment. The intial batch was reported to have some issues with the stems breaking--but during disassembly by maybe one or two modders, not in regular use (big difference). This was by no means a widespread problem and many members still have clone 3135's from the first batch (V1) that came in YM's and rep 16610 subs for a more than year now without any issues. In any case, sometime last summer, the stems were upgraded (the Clone 3135 will not accept gen spec stems). I haven't read a complaint about the stems since the upgrade. As for long term reliability, the movement been available since fall 2011, so I guess the jury is still out as to how it does in the long term. However, if and when you ever do need to replace a part on the SA3135, you might have some issues. While the SA3135 looks gen, functions like the gen, has the same dimensions as the gen and as takes a gen dial, gen hands, you it's not actually compatible with gen components. Needless to say, you're local watchsmith is not going to have an SA3135 parts around his workship when that barrel or mainspring goes.
