I own many invicta watches. 28 I believe I don't count any longer. The producer and grand divers are very well made watches. The Seagull movements are solid. You can also get them with eta engines. Some are cosc certified! There are dozens of combinations and configurations. Factory warranty's and excellent customer service. Try shopnbc.com

Invicta makes a good product
Dollar for dollar,a very good deal
Shop NBC and the "6 payments"
works very well,I doubt Hont
would offer that.
I have a "Lupah" for sale in the Gen section

This is a Pro Diver w/diamond bezel,
metiorite dial,COSC Certified

The value you get from these is simply amazing. The Prodiver and Speedway are exceptional watches and I would take those anyday over your standard rep Submariner or Daytona.

The newest 8926C with the 24J movement is the best one they have ever made also the 9223 is a stunner, of course.

The Swiss gold layering process they use produces an excellent and durable plate. They do a lot of substraight preparation. I do not like plated anything so the majority of my watches are brushed and polished stainless, Titaniuam and tungsten. I have a subaqua specialty with black IP and rose gold accents and center links. Its holding up very well, it is scratched but it has not removed the plating.... yet! My bike has claimed a mechanical Russian diver, my meteorite 7750 subaqua 3 and an s1 touring. All were returned and repaired free of charge!

I like invictas and I do think that they are well made. But when I look at how they are overpriced and will probably never hold their value I prefer a Bulova, Seiko or even orient or Alpha. Just plain logic, if it does not hold value than might as well spend the cash on a rep or another brand.

I would love to own the invicta with the same movement as the APROO, though I forget the model.

I have owned a few and my favorite is the ghost diver, meteorite dial no bling just class.

They are definitely not cut from the same cloth but the invicta will treat you well. For the price you can afford to make your own decision. As far as the other comment on the price/value retention mentioned previously. Invicta makes many many levels of watch. I have personally sold many of the reserve pieces for a profit not a loss. There are die hard collectors out there who don't give a crap about resale value. Myself being one, when I buy a watch the last consideration I make is " can I get my money back".. the answer is almost always NO. maybe 1%its of watches produced have collector value. Even then its only worth what someone is willing to pay.

I really like some of the Invictas and wanted to buy a few till I went to a store and seen them in person, they are making the things ridiculously big, feel like a damn clown wearing them. To give an idea to those who never seen them in real life here are some pics, and this in not the biggest model they have:

I agree alot of their stuff is just crazy and not even worth consideration, however there are also some great ones and those are the ones I buy.

The Prodiver and Speedway models are great watches to have and theres just no comparsion to your standard reps such as a Submariner or 7750 Daytona which will give you nothing but problems.

I bought an Invicta Explorer II style watch for a trip to America and Europe. The second time zone was handy to remind me when to Skype home to Australia and it is 200M water resistant, so totally swimmable, quartz so I don't have to reset it if I don't wear it for a couple days, and nobody is going to kill me for it. A great travel watch. Lume could be better though. I used to travel with Swatches but they make a click! click! click! noise on the bedside table that I hate.
