Unfortunately I wasn't able to contribute further as the thread went private and I don't have access, but other members should know that it's not a given that you will lose your order, it simply means that you have to battle some mental midgets....treat it as a challenge / game

As i did mate, it is quite disturbing to find that these people dont actually know or understand there own policies, which to be honest makes it quite easy to pull them apart, it takes patience guys. i never sent 1 letter just phone calls and emails but would advise a recorded letter, upgrade to vip guys its well worth it for this thread to help you recover your watch.
I have no idea what this is about since i cant read what happened. But good that you got your watch back.
I suggest you make the history of all this public. Or do we need to pay to "learn" how to get our watches back? Beats the purpose of this forum i think.
