Need help with V3 SA Movement Spacer Ring / Case Ring

I'm desperately trying to get a Gen B13 movement installed in a brand new V3 case to finish my Franken SA.

Looks like I didn't know enough to ask for the movement spacer ring that matches the V3 case I ordered. Apparently, there is a small difference between the movement spacer ring for the V2 case that I have and the one for the V3 case. It seems that the internal diameter of the V3 case is just 2mm (or so) narrower then the V2 case I am replacing and the spacer ring won't fit.

Is this part available for the V3 case? Is there ANY chance in hell that any of you actually HAVE one of these here in the states. I've already tried Toro and he doesn't have access to this part.

I am willing to buy a broken (cosmetically or movement) V3 from someone and cannibalize it for the ring. Anyone?

Can the old one be turned to fit the narrower v3 case? I also thought the pushers on the V2 were a little better but I may be confusing that with the skyland.

are you saying the V2 case can fit the gen movement better?

they will both fit gen movement fine, as long as you have the correct spacer ring.

i got a swiss eta 7750 in my v3 case atm but think i will change it for b13 but i bet its no problem

if the asian 7750 fits in it also should swiss am i right?

It's not the movement, it's the ring. As the pictures show, the V2 ring itself is too large for a V3 case.

Yeah, Ziggy has offered to try, but once you go down that road, cost notwithstanding, there's no way back. You know?
