Stuck at UK customs

No, next it'll say "forwarded for UK processing" or similar which usually means its en route to your door! Parcelfarce are very slow to update their system though. I've had parcels delivered that still said "with customs" on their site!

My parcel came through ems has anyone else in the same situation. Who has had a parcel recd in Coventry on sun night and is still waiting for there's? And how many days are we looking at? I have been tracking on the ems website.

Debi, parcels are taking anywhere from 3 days to 20 days to clear customs. It's fine, just have patience.

hi this pst has been going for a while now, just to let you know, i had 2 packages coming to london, the first took about 9 days ( 3 days in customs), and the second package which has to be a record for me arrived yesterday in total 5 days!!!!!!
