So, an update. I emailed JL today to check on the status of my order which has not showed up on tracking (now 14 days after I ordered it), and he told me that he is again having trouble involving the same unspecified "issues" (I'm guessing lost or confiscated packages?). He said his shipping company assured him that my package isn't lost, but he also recanted on his earlier assurance that I would have my bag before my wife and I go on a trip in a couple of weeks. Are all bag dealers having these difficulties lately? I mean, it's beating a dead horse at this point but I do appreciate his communication, but all the communication and candor about the situation ultimately doesn't mean shit if I end up bagless and out $200. The guy has a good reputation, and I honestly still believe that he's being pretty forthright about everything, but I find myself now trying to anticipate what the end-game is gonna be if I never get my bag.
