My first rep took over two mos. wrOng bracelet and minor issue with watch. Not the norm per say but it happens, what your standing uPon is a petty argument at best.

LOL.... Next post from the OP will come when the watch arrives DOA, and after a few weeks.

We all know that waiting is a part of the game in this hobby. Also, the service being provided by the dealer is illegal in all countries, so yes... he's doing us a favor.

We're lucky that we even get QC pics. Seriously, us longer term members remember the days before QC.... Order, pray and hope.

Your expectations for a dealer to follow own policies are just. Posting your first thread complaining about a dealer who has earned his reputation not wise when you have no established credibility with the community. Your argument may nit be wrong but your course of action is.

The good thing in this thread that we all can learn from, is that we should not sell this piece of $hit "noob" a watch, EVER!

Seriously, after seeing his terrible attitude and manners, this guy can fcuk off as far as I am concerned, total waste of space......

Well I received my Qc pics on friday for my Pam111 N from PT's Qc dept and last thing I wanted to do was bitch cuz I was warned when I order it that it could take a long time until they receive it! 3 weeks all it took surprisingly! I'm psyched the the watch looks gorgeous! I'm not a patient person but the whole waiting thing on ordering these watches as made this experience more exciting! Btw this my first rep!

What a pity we can't simply suggest the OP use Robert in future anymore. :(
Perhaps he would be happier at RepGeek or even TCLKC?

Better still, why don't you head on over to www.rwgboard.com? They are real nice polite folk who will welcome you with open arms.

Well ...thanks to the invaluable information from those wise members who responded ...I have learned the following:

1. Do not criticise a TD.

2. The TD is doing the customer a "favour" by selling a customer a "replica".

3. If the customer follows the dealer's instructions ...that's actually the wrong thing to do.

4. It's not the dealer's fault for misleading the customer ...it's the customer's fault for not being patient.

5. Simply placing an order with a TD and paying for it immediately does not, of itself, entitle you to expect the TD to do what the TD tells you he/she will do.

AHHHH ...so much to learn. Have I missed anything?

No you have not learned shit and your as dumb today as the day you ordered. The 24hr response from PT is a standard language they put in all thier replies when they send QC pics, duh (its common sense). You'd have to be a idiot not to respond with a thank you for the QC pics, I'm pleased and yes please ship, and then say thank you again. F'ing moron, they were just giving you extra time to reply so they wouldn't ship you a watch you were unhappy with and then you'd have to ship it back.

I'am very excited to see the piece of shit your now gonna get, please post pics when it arrives so we can all have a good laugh.:sub4me:

disclaimer I never ain't been to no school for unglish learnt it all by watchin hooked on ebonics remix!!!!
:lol1:

Man your attitude ******* sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!
Piss off!

LMFAO:biglaugh:

This is good
Thanks for the good time OP!

Seriously, I think you should calm down, spend some more time and read some more before you start to accuse puretime and RWI of various things. The members here are the most caring and friendly people I have ever "met" on any forum, watch related or not, and the trusted dealers here are without doubt the best if you seek good quality watches and don't want to get ripped off..

Remember - you are new here, this is not your home, and you have to treat everybody with respect if you want to be treated well yourself.

What if puretime would have shipped the watch and you saw a huge flaw too late, then you would be furious over that instead. I think that it is good that you get more time to review the QC pictures and you should be grateful that puretime are doing you that favor.

I ordered/payed for something from a TD a few days ago and was told it would ship ASAP. Shot off a message about tracking info and was informed it is a(nother) holiday period and it won't go out for another 5 days or so. Such is the game....

Patience is a requirement in this hobby.

I can't believe it ...that is unbelievably witty.

Imagine ...people of your calibre on this forum. It takes my breath away.

Your sense of entitlement is abhorrent!

Internet anonymity or not, you are still representing yourself at the end of the day.

Is this an independent forum or a clique?

Is there a specific number of posts I have to rack up before I can criticise my buying experience with a TD?

I believe the general views of many of the members here sortta' answers that question........don't you think?

He can **** right off already imho. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if this prick has been here and been banned before.
This is the first time I've quoted myself. Looking back it was a little harsh and inflammatory.

Ridiculous first post though sin. You don't call out a respected dealer like that. You need to use a little tact and learn some diplomacy.

I think you got it right the first time BB.

Was thinking exactly the same thing Col........a sad loss indeed.
