Here is the second photo sent to me... The dent in the pearl is more obvious in the second photo sent after my reply to initial QC photos asking about the pearl. I have bought from Trevor before with no problems. Does he not see this??.....

I'm sorry trevor, as I can still see the dent in the top right of the pearl. I hate to be a pain, as you have been so great in communicating with me, but I cannot in good faith accept this sub with the pearl dented. Please replace it with another?

I don't know about you, but I've changed a lot of inserts and still shy away from handling ceramic ones. They're so easy to crack or shatter. If OP feels comfy with changing one, then that's a great idea!

yup i totally agree, thats why we have Q.C - we know that the watches has flaws, i would not accept it - stand your ground...we are behind you lol
