Rep factory photos?

I know this post will probably include funny building photos entitled as the "Noob factory" or something.

But seriously, I was curious as to see what equipment is utilized to make the reps. Do they just come from normal watch case manufacturers?

I know it cannot be in some back alley somewhere right?

Anyone have real photos of factories or links to them?

OldeCrow had a link in his sig that went cold. I think it was from a French television investigative report on Chinese counterfeits. It revealed what many of us understand to be the truth: kids assembling watches in tiny apartments, using parts gathered in some disorganized manner, while eating lunch.

Robert was pretty upfront about the V1 or V2 discussions we have due to this very practice. The "factories" are given parts and assemble them without knowing which parts came from what source or when they were produced. I had a BCE with characteristics of the "V2 and "V3" as one example.

I've had this info for many years.. Not something I felt comfortable sharing. Noobfactory is very high tech actually. Machine shop, CNC, laser engraving, etc. Here is the outside-

The inner sanctum. This is the assembly room. DSSD assembled on top level (the bed), Noobmariners on the lower level (the floor).
