So looks like PC has released the proper version of the SD that most of us have been waiting for, and it actually looks awesome.

There are two versions. First a $248 version with a Nickel plated clone 2836-2 with Rolex markings and proper perforated rotor wheel

Click on link, let it load, close page and then click link again in order for the link to work. Pain in the @ass.

And a $338 version with a nickel plated 2836-2 clone modified to look like a 3135 movement.

I must say it looks awesome. Swap in a new pearl maybe sort the CG's out a bit and your golden. Recommendations are definitely on the $248 clone version as the modified 3135 is not proven and definitely isn't fooling anyone anyway.

I saw this over on RG, I'm still a little skeptical because this watch was supposed to be a "joint" project with Trusty, King, Pure time, and Perfect clones. Only Trusty initially released it on Dec. 24th with alot of pissed off members due to it's crappy rehaut, CG's, etc. Trusty then emails several members to say he was pulling the watch to "fix issues with the movement" and he would re-release it in a couple of months.....(All he actually did was add QC pics of the same crappy watch)

Now PC has listed a "new" superlumed SD with nearly the same specs as Trusty's version (Superlumed, brand new best edition, etc. etc.) But it looks MUCH better!! The thing that has me concerned is the release date on PC's site is listed as "Dec. 24th" same day Trusty released his, and PC is using the exact same blurry lume picture in his listing?? All the other pictures of the watch are different but the lume shot appears to be the same as Trusty's...

That is my concern......Although I still want one!

I saw the same thread as I was following this release as well. I admit there are strange goings on, but it wouldn't be the first time that the dealers have done things that to use are just random and bizarre. The older version was pish, no doubt about it. There's a chance they've been lazy and re-used the same lume shot. Wouldn't surprise me. I don't think we'll have a definitive answer until someone orders and receives the watch really.

They should be SEL and hollow mid links.

I would love to order one but the damn CNY has us all ruined until Feb.! To be honest I actually ordered TWO of these just before CNY, (Just days before the updated pics were posted!!) one from Trusty and one from Toro who said he could get the exact same SD as Trusty/PC/etc... The one from Toro might have made it out before CNY because my tracking says it was initially posted on Jan. 17th with the last update being Jan. 18th that said "left sorting center in Gangzhou....

The other one from Trusty was ordered on the 14th and I was told it would make it out but later received a email from them saying that they didn't have time to get QC finished before CNY... :(

So......If I get one soon I'll gladly post pictures of what I receive...

U.K.
The SD16600 has always had SEL's and had lug holes until P serial I think. SEL's were created for the SD16660 when they changed from the 1665 to be stronger I guess and then carried over to other spoorts models as time went on. The 93160A has always had different shaped SEL's when viewed from the back compared to a Sub SEL.

Bonesey - This is a M Serial replication and the case does not have drilled lug holes - rep or gen?

Where did you see lug holes?

Sorry, I was having a senior moment. I was flicking between looking at this and the new no-date sub.

Wrong shape of the crystal.
SELs look bad.
Bracelet stamped 93250
I've seen other Pics with really stubby CG'S
Not really an improvement at all.

Sorry, I was having a senior moment. I was flicking between looking at this and the new no-date sub.

I love having 'senior moments' and explaining my watch collection and addiction to 'senior management'

Those so called 'QC pics' are of the endearing 'angled rehaut' that has plagued the rep Rolex Dynasty for too long now. The new pics as all say are either a different case set, or a 'can of worms'...........:picard:

If it is the latter version, I am taking a punt as I have never quite recovered from never receiving my 'infamous M serial WM9 SD' :lolcina:
