Piccked this old piece up on ebay (mainly for the acrylic bezel and the movement), thinking of building something non-branded custom with a different case (FF like maybe).
Threw on a silver tropic rubber and it wears quite well and has a great 60's/70's feel:

My opinion only but I wouldn't do anything other than wear this. Clasic vint. watch and looks great the way it is.
My first post on a wrist check thread... PO reclining at home after a hard day collecting raised eyebrows and admiration.
All Black 2 with newly arrived strap (Thanks Mikey!)
Strap looks great and is a LOT more comfortable than the rep rubber.
Scratched the screws a little when changing straps grrrrr
Strap would look better on an All Black 1 as it is not so matte.
Unfortunately I sold mine to get this.

Oh and I would recommend that strap. I think there are only a couple available now, and they are incredibly cheap!

For today & tonight: my Omega Seamaster 007 I purchased from a fellow forum member a while back. I like the blue dial, its presence on the 'ole wrist, and its time-keeping abilility. To whomever I got it, THANK YOU! dave:

same for the week now... I slept and showered with it on. Maybe I'm trying to break the frikin rubber strap in. I wonder why they don't make it pre=curved like the Grahams?
