The guy is a ******* douche. He got better offers for the movement so he wanted extra 300 bucks for it. Ultimately I asked for refund and just got it. I hate sellers like that.

You could have played a bit with a PP chargeback etc, but eventually you would have got nothing else than your money back. Wise decision.

The movement was initially listed on Ebay but the seller ended up entertaining offers from many of us.

I understand he won the bid, paid, but the seller rejected the auction which was too low in his mind.

Sounds like he had it at a BIN price, but excepted offers over what he was asking once QineteQ confirmed buying it or the auction ended and then had offers over what the winning bidder's(QineteQ) price was. That is BS either way and he should be banned here and reported to E-bay! What a D#$chebag!
