I really like it. Dial colour is OK, I brushed the case as I don't like mirror polish all over
Weirdly the crown is not screw down, which is very annoying.

It's a great looking watch, but not really a 1385 to anybody in the know

Thanks, I think the brushed finish suits the dial colour on this a lot more than mirror finish

I actually cant remember did the older 292s and the older Radiomirs have screw down crown?

I know all my current PAMs like the 127 and custom build from Belkin doesnt have screw down crowns.

I used to have a gen 292 and that had screw down

The 1385 is actually one of the few (very few !) recent PAMs i actually like , some Official Panerai photos

It's one of those that looks very different in different lighting. Some look close to the rep, some not, I'd have to go and compare with one in the flesh to know if the rep is the right colour or not

But, In any case, i'm happy with the HWF, and now i've brushed the case, it's nothing like anyway

I suspect the HWF is slightly lighter shade than gen, but not too far away.
