Where I need to be.
I'm sure we can get factories to push for a 1.5 link or half link for these reps, they have the capacity... it would help most people very much.

Somehow I have the perfect wrist for AP, it's always perfect, I never had this issue, but I know alot of people complain about being "in between" sizes
I’m producing some with a vendor now.

Where I need to be.
You could have told me that before I bought a gen 1.5 link last week lol 😂
Oh please don't worry. I will price them at the same as gen, for a while.

And then after the inevitable rants and contentions, I will drop them significantly to "rep" level. That way, there will be a brief period where your mind will find the needed balance sir. :ROFLMAO:

Dear Legend good to see you again... do you think you could seriously work on a dial?

I was also in the same lot of ppl who are unfortunately "in between" sizes for AP Royal Oaks

Until APS increased the space between links on the black ceramic 26240 and now it actually fits my wrist perfectly and don't need a 1.5 link for the black ceramic no more :ROFLMAO:

I'm curious how many of you actually test your watches for water resistance? Unfortunately, I sold my testing device because my wife wasn’t thrilled about the space it took up. So now I’m left with the good old trial-and-error method… not exactly ideal.

I’ve never had issues with Rolex reps in the past, but this particular chronograph makes me a bit nervous due to its construction. Has anyone here tested the water resistance on this rep? I know each piece can vary, and there's no guarantee, but maybe there’s a general trend or common experience worth sharing?

I test mine. I've got a backlog of pieces I've bought now as other things have gotten in the way of my hobby, but I do plan to test this one when I get a few minutes. Not that I plan on swimming with this one, but I like the piece of mind to know it would survive should it end up submurged by accident.

I have had my other reps serviced tested and waterproofed when they first are delivered. For this AP, I ordered from TWM and asked them to waterproof it.

Received mine, I love it so much. I agree right everyone, the pictures don't do justice, it's thousands of times better on the wrist. Having tried gen last week, this one feels premium too. It's worth every bucks.

Now that being said, anyone know how to make the bracelet as smooth as butter like on gen ? I'm thinking baby oil but heard it will attract dirt, and dust. Thank you everyone !

I removed the bracelet and soaked it in silicone oil... after soaking it for a while I washed it several times with dish washing liquid... after that the bracelet felt so much better. Makes a huge difference.

Search for the bracelet soaking method with a neutral oil under vacuum.
