When I buy a genuine Rolex, or any brand, I decide if I want to pay a premium for box and papers. There is a reason for the original box and papers bringing a premium. On some some watches I don't care. On others it's an absolute.
If I shelled out a ton of
Money, and found out the asshat that sent it to me filled out a piece of paper and charged me 10k extra over a watch that I could have bought without papers, I would be pissed. In fact I would get a lawyer,
The information on the "picture" on your phone is not what is valuable, it's the actually "currency" from Patek. That paper is only given out once. It would devalue their watches if they just handed out papers to everyone who "lost" them.
Lots of great suggestions here, but looks
Like you are going to eat the loss on this one.
