Back in February 2025, I ordered a Breitling Chronomat from Lucy. After a while, she informed me that the initial watch she received didn’t meet her expectations, so she replaced it with another one.
Today, after 3.5 months of waiting, the watch finally arrived. It’s a beautiful piece—but unfortunately, there’s a significant issue: it’s extremely loud.
I had it checked by my local watchmaker, who suspects the winding mechanism may be loose. However, all screws appear to be tight, so he wasn’t able to resolve it.
I’ve already informed Lucy and sent her a video of the issue. She promised to take care of it, and I really hope we can sort it out—because I truly love the watch.
