Where can I buy a Panarei 111. 44mm case movment & what movment do I need

Non ho capito se il tuo 111 è GEN, in tal caso dovresti rivolgerti direttamente all'assistenza per una revisione.
Nel caso del REP, è possibile acquistare un ST3600 si AE (su cui generalmente si basa il calibro REP OPXI) e sostituire i ponti di trasmissione, il ponte di scappamento e il ponte della ruota oscillante per tornare ad avere il calibro correttamente inciso.
Oppure (il che sarebbe ancora meglio) identificare il componente difettoso e sostituirlo con il ricambio preso direttamente dall'ST3600, che puoi trovare a circa 40 Dollari/Euro

I didn't understand if your 111 is GEN, in that case you should contact the service directly for an overhaul.
In the case of the REP, it is possible to buy a ST3600 si AE (on which the REP OPXI caliber is generally based) and replace the transmission bridges, the escapement bridge and the oscillating wheel bridge to return to having the caliber correctly engraved.
Or (which would be even better) identify the defective component and replace it with the spare part taken directly from the ST3600, which you can find for about 40 Dollars/Euros

Any 6497 movement will work, although it won't be decorated like the one from your rep. Depending how much you love to watch, here is a genuine ETA out of a Tissot


otherwise, any st3600 movement will work. This example is the same base movement that yours would have had except it doesn't have the Panerai decorations.

The seagull movement generally is a very robust and durable movement. Truthfully, I don't know if it's worth the price difference to get a genuine ETA, but it is a viable option
