Or a rubber gen for 200You could probably get a gen bracelet for 500-600.

I wish the gen rubber, was with deploymentOr a rubber gen for 200
I think the brightness of the red let's it down. Other than that, the thickness of the font is so damn closeI've been saying it forever. the red printing and the overall dial fonts are so bad quality
Other than Pelagos print color, what else did you notice the differences? This rep is REALLY close to the gen. If you didn't have them side-by-side or the macro pictures on here, 99.9% of people wouldn't be able to identify the rep. There are other subtle differences between the rep and gen but they are not even remotely noticeable when being worn on the wrist.
Honestly, I bought a gen after buying the V1. That is how much I like the watch in general. I was interested in how the V2 compared to my gen so I picked one up as well. When I got the V2, there was a part of me that was like damn...
If you like the P39. Buy this - you will be happy.
The comparison is a bit flawed because the image of the rep is larger than that of the gen. Still, the font is certainly not perfect. But as long as no macros are being compared, it's at least adequate.I've been saying it forever. the red printing and the overall dial fonts are so bad quality
Some things I picked up on my V2 vs gen:
Bezel teeth are quite different (more sharp on gen)
Crown guard shape finish is off on the rep
"Swiss made" sits lower on the rep
Rep bezel lume sits below the surface of the bezel whereas on the gen the lume is at the same level as the bezel.
Overall case finish on gen is superior
Gen hands are more yellow lol...
Again, these are only noticable when having the watches next to each other and looking at them with magnification. In my opinion, it is nitpicking...
Can you make some pics? Also of the clasps?
