Breguet Classique Auto 5177 from MKS -- Misprinted back case?

Would love some guidance on the Breguet Classique Auto 5177 from MKS. I ordered this watch from ChazingTime. The QC photos show a different variation than the reference photos on the ChazingTime site.

Critically, the back case of the rep identifies the model as 5157.

I raised these concerns with Alice. She said the photos on the website are old. Alice ordered a second watch from the factory. Same issue is present. Which might suggest that the current build of this watch has regressed since the reference photos. Or perhaps something malicious is going on.

Does anyone have experience with the MKS Breguets?

Mine was ordered mid last year and has ref 5157. Well, did not bother me a bit as the movement itself a a big call-out.

Ran into the same issue trying to order a MKS V3 Blue Dial in WG recently. Apparently the latest MKS batch all have this error, and it's also now missing the small lug screws that secure the screw bars. No rep is perfect, against Gen or otherwise, but annoying given this latest batch makes errors and ommissions that were correct on prior versions.

Agreed. This one's pictures suggest it retains the lug screws, but like you said, seems to be confusion in parts between models when put together and during factory QC. In any case, its too bad it's a bit of chance and ensure QC pics are reviewed in details, as batches and variances seem to be out there. I think any proper model with lug screws and correct reference engravings are either older batches or just by luck - as I've been assured the latest batch as of April 2025 from two different dealers, lack the lug screws and proper, correct reference engraving - both of which were rejected because of this. Hopefully MKS update to a confirmed V4 to make the corrections.
