Ok…just heard from Sead…got new watch and says it all checked out good….sent me QC pics…looks ok to me untrained eyes and I approved….so now I wait!

So…..I finally got the watch…it’s sharp looking off the wrist…but I’m a little underwhelmed on the wrist…I guess ive gotten used to a more substantial timepiece and this watch is Carbon fiber and very light on my wrist….one major problem is the strap…it was a concern I had from the outset…I have an 8” wrist and the Velcro strap barely fits me so only about a half inch is functional….im very concerned it will fall off and get lost….i contacted Sead and showed him pics and he said he would look into getting a longer strap…hopefully he can! I did tell him exactly my wrist size before agreeing to purchase the watch and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Another minor problem is the chronograph function…the second hand doesn’t reset properply to 12 o’clock position….i can live with that but hoping Sead can get the longer strap….im hoping I grow to love this watch as much as I …will keep you guys informed!

Here’s the pics….. the watch is a beauty but the short strap is an issue I’m working g on with Sead…. As i go ou can see from measurement pics only half inch of Velcro is retaining the watch… not very secure! The chronograph reset not perfect(see pic) but I understand it’s a rep and I can easily live with that… I did give my wrist measurement at time of investigating and ordering…8”….hope Sead can get longer strap…
It's actually very nice looking! Being carbon fiber, it's going to be such a lightweight piece. I wouldn't even be concerned about only having a third of the velcro grabbing. Having something that lite weight will take some getting used to for sure but it is definitely very sharp. Enjoy it!

Thank you….im very concerned with the Velcro retention as it’s already came undone….its an $800 watch….the strap is way too short…
Just received an email from Sead saying that longer strap has been ordered…
I ordered one from The Watch Mansion and had them change the strap out to an oyster flex, that’s the QC that they gave just shipped

Wow! Looks great! I may have to go that route…..was there anything special needed to make this work?
I don’t think so, i just told them I wanted that watch with the strap switched out to an oysterflex, and they sourced it all and made it happen, in about 5 weeks, just shipped a few days ago.
