My first mechanical watch, first buy from Steve

Hi, I have developed an interest in watches, without the bank account to match, so I looked into replica watches and decided on trying out Steve's service at Theonewatches. I ordered a Blue Rolex Submariner on the 2nd of Feb as a start, and really struggled to work out the payment system, but Steve guided me through it patiently.
Everything stopped for Chinese New Year, and now I am looking forward to things kicking off again when the warehouse opens on the 26th.
I'll keep updating as the order progresses. I hope things go well, my wish list on the website has only grown with my nervous wait through Chinese New Year.

As a question to members, can you recommend an affordable GMT watch with working GMT mechanism? The cheapest I have seen is over 300 dollars. I assume the cheaper ones with the Miyoka 8215 mechanism don't have that function.

Update 24/2 - Steve emailed me and filled me in on the delay. Stuck waiting on a new batch from the factory.

I will continue to wait and try to be patient, I appreciate the good communication from Steve.

I had no expectations really, this was a step into the unknown given the nature of the process compared to normal online shopping.
I'm used to things I order online taking forever anyway, its part of living in New Zealand.

My watch arrived today (27/3), its a Smurf Submariner, and I am very pleased with it so far. Steve advised me to keen the wrapping on it for several days while I evaluate it since it cannot be returned or refunded once the wrapping is removed. The build quality seems really good compared to the Pagani and Olevs watches I have bought in the past.

The shipping was pretty stressful for me as the tracking did not work until the watch had got into the country and cleared customs, it appeared to have not even been picked up from Steve for for 21 days, then suddenly the tracking updated and it was here the next day.

I am really impressed by Steve's service and products, and I am looking forward to ordering another watch from him as soon as I can afford it.

What I meant to type before hitting post too soon (did I mention I'm new here ) try 17 track to track shipping - should show tracking from China until package reaches destination country, then can switch to your local tracking process from there.

I've just ordered an Omega from him as I like the layout of his website, ordered last night and had email confirmation this morning so seems nice and responsive.

I've always used Hont before but the website is so hard to navigate I thought I'd try someone new.

I will post full review once I have the piece!
