what is the noob replica maker? newbie?

Ive been speaking with dealers and ive read up some and keep seeing the term"noob" maker as in replica maker. what is this? My idea is that this is the factory where these replica watches are made? And also how is the quality of the watches produced by this "noob" maker?

Noob Factory is a "factory" (read damp basement where 9 year old children build watches while eating peanut-butter sandwiches and watch Yugi-Oh cartoons) which builds very nice primarily starter-end watches. Some of their stuff is very well respected as they make some very nice dials and very good watches for the money, mostly Rolex.
However, like every other term used to describe a factory cranking out higher quality work, the term is sometimes thrown around whether the watch was built by Noob or not.
Deal with a good dealer and you will probably get what you pay for.
