New watch has faults

I purchased a watch from Intime, recieved it on Wednesday and has faults visible to the eye that weren't visible In QC. They will only take full watch back and won't help any other way. Is this usually what happens? Unfortunately you can't tell from the QC images that the rolex symbol is squint. The marks on the strap look like the plastic wrapping.
What's everyone's thoughts? Just return the watch for refund and purchase from different factory.

QC. Quite significant damage and I appreciate I should of asked but didn't expect that much damage to be sent.

Intime has been a TD here for years and many of us have purchased from them with great results. You just posted about it. Everyone advised you on what the process is , yet here you are rambling incoherent comments. You had a cracked insert. It happens. Intime is not going to fly your fake chinese watch on a private jet to your house. It amazes me when new people come in here and use no common sense when posting.

Yeah, you know at 150000x magnification and if you squint reeeaaallyy good, those flaws are quite apparent. Tough decision. Don't know what you're going to do,

- lets not go that far please -

Isn't this part of the risk when it comes to the repgame? At the end of the day you can get replacements parts, and the bracelets isnt too hard to do yourself? Also considering you've only joined the forum just over a week ago have you done enough reading about the process? Do you actually understand the risks and comprimise in quality? There is a reason you're not paying 10k+ for reps.

You never see folks that are logical or have been around long, post threads like this. Intelligent people know how to mitigate these issues with Dealers. They have no interest in sending you a defective watch as it creates headaches for them. But now we have this new grade of new comers who have no common sense.

As much as there are newcomers, this type of behaviour has been happening for years. Its as if they expect the usual consumer protections that the legal system has given us...except they seem to forget this process isn't part of that process. And here we are.

Yes it is, just like waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery after it’s shipped is ok. Just like getting your package seized by customs and losing 500 USD is very possible. Just like getting the watch and then realising the bezel has sloppy back play is ok. Just like getting the watch and realising the movement is a decorated myota and not a in-house COSC hand decorated movement that runs 15secs per day slow is ok.

It’s the illegal rep game, and Dorothy is no longer in Kansas.

Live dangerously and enjoy the ride ….

You mean to tell me the watch isn't truly 1:1 super clone? I thought I beat the system and outsmarted gen owners by spending $400 on a replica of a $10,000+ watch. How can you be sure it's not exactly, 100% the same?

Next, you're gonna tell me that time-zones exist, and that my emails to TDs aren't as important as the hundreds they receive every week...

You should have contacted one of the Moderators 1st and explained the issue you have so your solution can be handled in a better manner instead of posting. Ryan is a very excellent TD and I myself have been dealing with him for years and by you posting this way make the new people that are here makes Ryan look shady and he’s not. Reps are a hit or miss and you just happened to get a miss and it’s ok and I’m sure Ryan will correct the problem but just consider contacting a Mod 1st.

Yes … sorry to break it to you in such dramatic fashion, and on a site that specialises in debate and dialogue on illegal rep watches manufactured in Clandestine factories in China ! Who would have thought 🤪

Let’s be kind gentleman. After recovering from headaches, dizziness and dry mouth from @neil b ’s complete lack of punctuation, I took a careful look at the pictures posted by the OP. @Eddie22 what do you mean by “the Rolex symbol is squint?” If you think the watch is damaged send it back. You said they have agreed to “take full watch back” but they “won’t help in ant other way.” What is the other help you think would be appropriate?

OP, some further advice to implement what @Tucker already put on the table.
You have to post clear pictures, especially if you are casting doubts on a TDs reputation. You must substantiate your concerns otherwise they're empty.
Secondly, this is not the best way how to go about issues like this. 4 days is nothing. In relation to the means you used to contact the TD, the amount of messages, the tone of your messages you can expect to receive some support (provided you were a member of RWI before you purchased the watch). Asking for support is the last resort after you've put in place any reasonable endeavors to solve the issue amicably with the TD. Reasonable endeavors in the rep game means a lot of patience and a consistent, civilized correspondence with the TD. If all of that fails to bring any results in a reasonable amount of time (this is not a claim towards amazon, we're talking about weeks here), you can call in RWI's support. All of that BEFORE you post something like this. You saw the results. Or, you post it as a call for support/advice without necessarily casting doubts on a TD's actions.
