How much would a custom rubber strap to match the Lake Tahoe go for? I think the gen strap is $250+

A strap is easy to correct. I typically throw away rep straps as they are junk.

Completely agree with this! Recently bought 2 IWC reps via M2M next door and both came on gen straps. What a difference it makes! Looking back I actually think this may be why I've never kept hold of reps on leather straps in the past, because the straps are shite Can't believe it took me this long to see the light.

A silly move IMHO. I prefer wrong subdials layout to wrong functions. Deal breaker for me, even if they get the correct white ceramic case (instead of the horrible translucent, watery milk appearance).
