Help! Singpost Status

Greetings,

Recently bought a watch here, seller sent it, no problems with him, nice guy, after arrival at the destination country, several days passed, when I recieved a track notification that says "Held By Customs". Maybe some of you encountered the same problem with SingPost, Local Post tracking doesn't say anything after "Processed in the destination country". What should I expect?

I believe your package was inspected by Customs and it's probably going to be seized. My advice is to wait and see; give a few more days and see if you have to contact the Customs.

Well, I don't know what your country laws and regulations regarding obtaining illegal goods. I am pretty sure it is complicated, and you may have to pay high duty as it is a gen watch vs a rep watch and you still get your watch, or you may get fined for buying a counterfeit item and you lose your watch.

If you buy from a TD here and your TD has "Customs Protection", your TD may re-ship the watch. I think you just need to prove that your package is being seized by Customs.

haha, many thanks, while keep googling back and forth, my hope is like being on a rollercoaster. There are packages stay in “held in custom” for a whole month and then delivered. There are also other horror stories. Hope all is fine. Patience is a virtue

just a quick update. Package delivered yesterday. No extra charge, not opened by custom or anything.

I guess I was lucky, but will not try this again. Too nerve racking

If your customer sent the package by regular mail, then it just means that Singpost will take several days to get it processed and sent to you. 4px and safept will be the same as they will end up with Singpost. You'll get your watch for sure.
