Bart Cordell , the watch and dial are fantastic! I was originally planning on upgrading my 5512 cartel base to a vietnam PCG case, but from your post and others learned that I'd need a gen movement, custom dial, or hard-to-find 27mm dial so that it would'n't fall through rehaut.

You've clearly solved the issue with your custom 27mm dial, but I have a question based on the case-- do you think it's possible to machine a dial spacer that's 27mm, then use a standard 26mm vietnam dial and ETA movement? This way the dial spacer will rest on the rehaut, the dial eges are visible, and the movement doesn't fall through. I'm not sure if there are issues about the stem not aligning properly.

How do you get this perfect lume application? Any tips to do it so good? Do you do it yourself?
