That is the pre JJF one so the factory was never named as far as I remember. It was also worked on by Vac.

Yes both are 8F! It’s basically the identical watch if you disregard the rose plating. Great watch at this price point. On the wrist impossible to call out.

I been trying to decide between the 8F and ZF. Both seem to make excellent 4500V, but ZF is significantly more expensive.

ZF is deemed a better watch! If you can't get it. For me, for my use, among 100 REPs, 8F is great. Go for the steel first if you contemplate ordering one.
