Hey Fritz, I think it looks legit. Correct pearl, the bezel numbers look nice and the hole of the cannon pinion looks OK. But I'm sure there are people here with shaper eyes. Why worried? Did it come without warranty card and box?

It definitely looks like a genuine to me. Rose gold hour markers, lume pip and crown look much better than the rep. Enjoy

Has anyone ever posted a V2 vs. Gen comparison? I’d be most interested in the crown tube length compared. I did not find such a comparison in this thread when I searched it...

You guys who have the ZF, is there a phantom date position or have they removed it on the 2824? Also, is the code on the bracelet always XR05 on the ZF? Those would be pretty good indicators, like the sub bracelet codes like 2VU etc.

Wiso lässt du das nicht einfach in einem Fachgeschäft prüfen??? Sollte bei einer Gen im Flagshipstore von Rolex/Tudor kein Problem sein.
Es langt auch fürs erste die Seriennummer bei Tudor zu prüfen. Nur anhand von Fotos besonders von einem finde ich das doch sehr vage.
Lass es checken dann bist du sicher, alles andere ist Spekulation.

For my own education, I take it that the only decent Black Bay Fifty Eight is the ZF 2824 V2 version with long tube issue? And that no V3 is forthcoming?

You should always be able to shorten it, plus you'll need to shorten the stem.
