Hard to tell. Apart from the fact that the lighting in these pictures is really bad, I would say that the Panda at least has thicker ( maybe too thick) subdials again.

The black dial appears to be less shiny, but this might be to the poor lighting.

Dial print especially sub dial print still sucks. Markers have improved and nicely polished. Rest it looks exactly the same.

And for that price, I’m happy with my noob v3, arf bracelet and CF:3 bezel.
