GMF V3 QC pics -> expert advise wanted

Here are the QC pics from TT on the my GMF V3. No pic of the clone movement but the hand stack and GMT hand do not look like a mega dish. Does not imply a timebomb hopefully the VR3185 movement. The bezel transition is right on the 8. Rounded markers. Looks like a true GMF V3..

What’s your concern? You’re not going to get much better than that. GMF movements arent/werent time-bombs even before the VR movements.

Thanks bro. No concerns. This looks like the GMF V3 in my book... but only with the Reading knowledge of a few extended threads here. Just want to know if others see something that would not indicate the V3.

That's a very nice looking sample bro. It's a V3 for sure (not a timebomb) and all new samples have come with the VR3185 movement recently. If your hour hand jumps forward with clockwise crown rotation in position 2, it's a VR. Your TD could tell you if you really want to know ahead of time. You'll probably want to regulate the movement a bit, I don't like a negative s/d but no biggie. Snap that beauty up!

So all the GMF V3's come with the VR? Even if it's listed as having a SA3185 v3? I know what's on the TD sites can't really be trusted, but it certainly doesn't help us newbies know what we're getting into.

TDs don't call it a VR anything. RWI decided to call it a VR3185 to differentiate it from other 3186 true clones.

The true clone movement GMF GMTs have an acceptable crystal height. The 2824 CHS timebombs were atrocious. There are plenty of pics in this thread

I swapped the CHS for ICHS which has a lower sitting second hand. So no hand shaving needed.
