Daytona 116500 Noob v3 Dial issue

Hey guys

Just got on the mail a daytona Noobv3 and I used to have a Noob v2 (which I loved but due to OCD broke it)

Now comparing the two I notice that the sub-dials on the v3 are super thin, is this normal?

OMG...what did they do with this V3? I hope they have not decided to produce it in this way, the counters are thinner more than arf V1, obscene!

Well your old dial is to fat, and the new one is to thin. The only dials from noob that where good imo, was the 2.2

+1. Had the same thought cross my mind The slim sub dials and the thicker hour markers (Zenith had slimmer markers also) is making the dial dis-proportionate.

One step ahead of you:

I tried to align them as CLOSE as possible by rotating and resizing the images, that is why one of them is a bit distorted. These are based on both QC pictures v2 Sent early 2019 and v3 sent last month april 2020

The Sub-dials on the White Panda dial should be slightly thicker than Sub-dials on a Black 116500 dial.

- Now they are slightly smaller... so, once again, Noob has lost their way.

Why would 2 V3's have different sub-dials?

This is your dial compared to the non thick V3 dial. I think there was 2 different V3 dials before and now there's 3 including this new super thin sub dial version.

I had to make this comparison of your V3 to a ARF V2 thin subdial. It appears your V3 is thinner than that

but now they all go out like this? in my opinion they have changed the dial mold to make the black version well and with the same mold the whites are also doing. this is the time to order black then ))))

Oh yeah!!! It's way thinner. Really looks like Zenith. And it's really noticeable IMO. Just one look and you'll notice it. OCD alert haha

I don’t think this is even an ocd issue, anyone who has got half a clue what they’re looking at will notice instantly that it doesn’t look right.

Yeah, tbh i had a hard time to realize the differences between the old dials and gen when i started, but this is just ridiculously wrong and i would have noticed right of the bat when comparing.

I have this v3 incoming and the dial looks good. However I will install a gen 116520 dial and bezel, so I will sell dial and ceramic bezel..

Noob are clearly trolling everyone at moment because they’re the only ones with this movement. I have been told there’s another factory making a 4130, let’s see if noob up their game or get left behind!
