Not sure about the gmf dial but i hope you are not going to that butcherer again :/

And also: the choice between Zzf and GMF dial is pretty tough.
Zzf is darker
But GMF has this unique sunburst which is so close to gen.

I have both. Was selling the GMF but I kept it. Dont regret that :)

Hi guys, I'd be grateful for some help please.

I got a BP Hulk dial late 2017 planning to mod noob v7 with a better dial. Never got to doing the mod (got several hulk versions in between...). Wanted to to revisit modding zzf v2s now, but unwrapping the dial, zzf looks much better. So question, can you help identify this dial, is it the correct BP "miyota" or some other BP version? 3135? I got this one from perfect clones and I recall it had a separate listing (dial only on his website).

As you can see the green colour looks much less vibrant than what I would have expected.

Also here comparison pic including noob v9, zzf v2s and this bp dial:

any help welcome.

Same here. I have a BP Miyota that is IMO the best rep Hulk dial ever made. Transferring the ZZF markers to it is not something for a novice hobbyist but it isn't terribly difficult either. I've done enough marker repairs to be confident in doing it myself.

The deep blacks this dial can reach while still achieving a bright green is still the standard no other dial has attained. Plus no X factor flaw. The Miyota dial will need to be shaved a bit and new feet attached. Another challenge but not a dealbreaker for what should be a great combination dial.

@HansNfranZZZ

This is a 3135 dial (feet at 13 and 37 minutes). The short ft and space m text are unique to BP and some early GMF AFAIK so this dial would be later batch run of BP/GMF Sub dials. After BP quit the Miyota dials there were also some very nice BP 2836 Hulk dials that were used in the first VRF Hulks.

Would a BP Asian dial fit a vsf 3135 sub easily or does the dial need to be manipulated?

What do you mean by Asian dial? BP made Hulk dials for 4 different movements - Miyota 9015, A2813, A2836, and SA3135. Only the SA3135 dial would fit a VS3135 without modding. All others need feet relocated and the Miyota dial needs its perimeter shaved. Use the dropdown menu in the link to see alternate pricing for various movements. But none of these dials are as good as the old BP Miyota or the BP 2826s used in early VRFs. You can see the BP 3135 Hulk dial in GreenGrocer 's pic above.
