Just wondering if there is someone who possibly received their 2Tone Noob 116503? Any pics to share?

Problem is the sides of the PCLs are not wrapped.
So the sides of the links are exposed as steel.

So yea, probably not noticable on the wrist, but still.

It’s not noticeable, I had an amazing 16613 with JF bracelet from a 6 series and you can not notice unless you paid attention, we nitpicking like we deal with a 15K genuine 116503.. we don’t need to spoil the party for no good reason!

It doesn’t matter trust me!! You will never notice on the wrist, you will not even care trust me.. I had this, never bothered me, I even forgot! The other option is to pay the 16K and get a nearly flawless genuine Daytona

I was about to take the steel dial, now I’ve seen the black I’m doubting...

For the wrapped/plated issue you can always get an aftermarket real gold bracelet.

Probably I will do if it’s a keeper , I deal better with bad sels rather than the gold plating.

I was a little bit hesitant at first, when I saw the pictures of this watch on intime and trustytime websites, as - probably to overexposed lighting - the Gold parts looked extremely yellow. In your pictures it looks good. Maybe a little bit to gold but not that different form the Gen. I saw a youtube video yesterday where some guy speaking Chinese is comparing the Noob 116503 to a (in my opinion) Gen with diamond markers on the dial and they were pretty close in color.
Apart from the "R" in the Units per Hour writing the bezel engravings also look pretty good.

Maybe I will put it on an Oysterflex with Smarty end-links to tone it down a little bit. I never had a gold watch in my life and think that I have to get used to the bling bling little by little How knows maybe the 116503 will be my gateway drug to full gold models like the beautiful 116518 Paul Newman Noob released a few days ago.


One funny thing I noticed is the font spacing of the 5 liner. Compared to pics of Gen 116503 the spacing is to narrow, mimicking the 116500 fonts. However if you look at the Rolex official homepage they use in the pictures the spacing Noob uses. However I think that no one will realize this anyway while wearing this beauty on your wrist.

Don’t worry mate, forget pictures you look at your PC or zoom in on your smart device, on the wrist no one will ever see any of this or will care.. hope you get and enjoy it, yes yellow is a bit more goldfish on this Noob but you cannot really tell or even be sure about it, looks ok in real life.. dial is very good, the best part of this model
