Okay guys I’m still waiting on the VRF insert but here’s a quick comparison between ARF, eBay, cf and the gen. Cf is on the watch next in is ARF then eBay then gen. Imo the rep inserts are pretty close to each other engravings are pretty close to gen on all of them so the depths of engravings are identical, cf with the best finish and quality under the microscope.
The colour: the colour on all the reps again is too light!! The cf being the worst in this department. It captures a nice light apple colour along with the eBay insert which is close to gen but it’s a rare angle and only in more saturated lighting conditions. There’s just not enough green. But judge for yourselves from the photos. The ARF has more of a green colour but it’s just doesnt compare and stays static in its colour range throughout lighting conditions and angles.
Now the eBay insert is pretty much identical to a noob v6s which I have compared in the past. Here’s some photos to check out. I’ll try and do a better review when I have the VRF insert.

I forgot to add imho the ARF insert does the job comparing to the cf and eBay colour wise. Maybe the VRF will change my mind once I receive it lol
No worries at all my pleasure. I’m trying to nip it in the bud as to what’s the closest. I’ve been looking for the answer for years, it drove me crazy researching haha

wow after this amazing and enlightening experience viewing your comparison I am quitting the rep hulk game. Finally good to see it so I can stop hoping. But sad. I’ll be possibly quitting the SubC game too since CF insert engraving isn’t as NWBIG as I thought. Not only is the font way thinner than gen, but the plat color while very close in some lightings is off in too many others. Thanks again...for crushing our dreams lol jk

Oh mate I’m sorry for crushing your dreams lol. Honestly these inserts all have their angles where they look great. The cf insert plating is a little to silver though you are right but it good looking insert in some light. Here’s a few of the VRF I received next to the gen and all of them together. From bottom gen, VRF , cf, ARF and eBay. I’ll take some more in sunlight to compare later
Haha oh I feel like I done a mischief by posting these photos. I really think these inserts have their qualities and like many have said before these Rolex cerachrome inserts really do behave differently to anything else obviously the black is the easiest to replicate. It’s funny I’ve mainly concentrated on the catching the differences in certain light but one you seperate These inserts with a little more distance they can be hard to tell apart in a lot of lighting conditions. With the exception of CF and it’s skinny text I’d be happy with most of these with a spongebob mod and a it’d be close enough to enjoy. Most people wouldn’t be able to pick it even sitting at the same table with a gen lol

It's tough to tell. This particular listing is from a seller in AU I believe. I've seen this one listed for a while now and it's been in my cart for weeks but I figured it... it looks good in the pics bit I figured it was lighting as any hulk insert can be photographed to look good in only one lighting condition.
But it does look decent in the pic so I figured the one you're talking about is it but I do see other listings too but they're all single pic, poor lighting.
