The Rolex Cellini has its roots in the Oyster case, but is a far more direct approach to a formal watch. The gen is has an in-house guilloche pattern, and the Cellini comes in 4 models currently - time only, date (pictured here), dual time and moonphase. It has a slightly fluted bezel that leans towards having Rolex DNA, but it is it's own watch. While most, if not all Rolex watches that have a date feature have a traditional date window, this is one of the only models I can think of that actually has a date subdial. With Everose gold lining, it really pops. The one downside is that while the hands line up to the numerals on the dial, they appear shorter than they should because of the overall size of the crystal and the dial in comparison.

Price: $17,000
The rep:
The rep comes from VF Factory for the date version. It looks like a really good rep - the guilloche is duplicated well, the rose gold looks about right, and the case is about the right size. The crown sits just right, and all things considered it works great. The only downsides are nitpicking: the dial doesn't seem to me to be real silver so the guilloche doesn't create as much contrast/shadows in the grooves as the gen. Also, the strap is quite thick and the design of the clasp seems like the little groove will scratch the leather.
Specs of the Rep:
Size: 39.1mm x 13.5mm
Movement: Asian clone 3165
Price: ~$340

It's probably one of my favorite Rose gold reps, and it's a joy to wear. Its formal for sure, but still diverse - I can wear it with work wear (suits) or hidden under my jacket on a chilly day and it looks tack sharp. I give this rep probably an 8.5/10 only for the added thickness and dissimilar sheen to the real silver guilloche.
