BP Seadweller.. Best SD available Period

Hey guys,

Any idea where's the best place to get a rep 93160A bracelet [as best quality as possible]? I have a gen 16600 but want to preserve the original bracelet as much as possible.

So today i got the BP 16600 i ordered from Sead. And surprisingly it has a A2836 movement. I thought all the new watches from BP come with A2824.

Hello is it just me or change the bezel insert is a PITA? Tried 3 different insert and no way they fit without problem. I had to sand very carefully the insert because it doesn't fit in the bezel. Am i wrong? If so, any suggest about it? p.s. i bought 16600/16660 version and 14060 version: no difference in mm.

Lupoalberto In the past I've "studied" the whole very long topic and I'm sure that somewhere there's written that genuine or other inserts have to be sanded a little bit cause the space in the bp bezel is slightly different.

Any reason to prefer modding the SA3135 than go say for a gen ETA?

I’m swapping out the SA and putting in an sh3135 and that because of the Gen parts I have that I want installed. Dial and hands, DW etc

No, Not doing a tritium build.
Clasp is very clean and was cheap so bought it to replace the bp. Unsure of its age by the stamp but it’s like new, that’s the reason for purchase.

Forgot to add I did know older than the build I was planning. I’m not worried about clasp being period correct just wanted to a decent clasp for my Tc bracelet.

The clasp is I4 = which is from April 1984 = would be correct for the "triple 6" Sea-Dweller with Tritium. Also a nice watch, if you want to change you building plans to a 16660.

Thanks Nur, Incidentally I looked it up last night and found the same info.

Unfortunately I already have the superluminova hands dial & insert. For a more modern build. Not sure weather I’ll go lug holes or not yet.

I’ll use the clasp as it’s a nice Gen replacement for the bp one, albeit not period correct for my build, but also not way off in look. No one will inspect my clasp anyway. haha

Ok. Just so you know (if you don't already) these clasps with the non grooved last locking piece are specific to Tritium watches.

Thanks, I gathered after checking the stamp. Date. If anyone’s wants it for their tritium build I’d be happy to sell it on. If not I’ll keep and use until I can get a TC clasp
