My gen has The hands lumed the lume on mine seems brighter although that could be due to the light..
The spring bars are gold not steel...

Looking at the pics the dial looks similar apart from the > Swiss made and the spring bars bit but if its 18kgold your a winner really the price of gold at the moment it will be worth a fair bit... I paid 10k for mine a few years ago now it's worth double...
