My problem is that I can't find the way to change the strap, ie to remove the spring bars.

      I saw this video

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKM1luVxDIM

      I have the correct tool

but when I push the tool in the hole, nothing moves.

What do I do wrong? I see many of you have already installed new straps.

the holes on outside of lugs are DECORATIONAL only! Just use flat, sharp screwdriver and move/push pins from INSIDE of lugs, like with ordinary pins.

Yes, only the PAM616 used those holes to change out straps. The PAM661 which was the next PAM to use a Carbotech case, changed the mechanism where you had to unlock the push pins in between the inside part of the lug and strap.

            Sent from the RWI App
It was custom made - I just asked friendly strap maker for ostrich leg skin in blue, just like that.

Mine should be here Friday. I must admit that in the QC pics (when I got them last week) the watch looks huge. Absolutely beautiful though. I’m anxious to see the lume too. I can’t wait to have it in hand.

If you think it’s too big or the lume bothers you when you get it I will buy it .

Wow I couldn't believe it , you're right, they are removed from the inside like all cheap watches!

Thanks a lot Polonus and Mysterio, I'll buy you a beer when we met

absolutely loving these pictures, but it has to be one in and one out.
not sure I wanna let my Tudor gmt pepsi go tho.
but this watch is very eyecatching……..

Lol. I’ll keep that in mind but I don’t think either will be an issue. 47 is perfect.. especially on my wrist. I just thought the pic had it in a way where it really did look big.

47 but wears smaller due to black case...
