New Seamaster Diver 300 - Nekton

So, Omega announced a new model in their Seamaster 300 lineup, the "Nekton".

The bezel is surely reminiscent of the YM but I do like that it has no date window and the cherry red seconds hand.

Do you reckon we could see a rep from VSF considering they have repped most models from the lineup?

Thoughts?

The bezel is made of grade 5 titanium. I don't think they have any interest in putting a platinum bezel on a 5000€ watch. Plus it makes no sense using platinum on a tool watch.

I love this release, I hope VSF does a good job on this one, the closed caseback is a big deal for us

this one will rise and fall with the lume color once again, as well as the texture of the bezel. I assume the latter will be a job for TomRep to make it right. obviously superrep in case they get both parameters right

Most likely because the dial is different. New dial = new markers

At least between vsf seamaster and vsf nekton, vsf shared that the nekton has a more matte look, thats maybe why the dial looks updated. I guess we will know when people start getting their watches.
