Could just be the domed crystal but the 3H marker looks a bit //

Why did you say that

Didn't see they were approved! And sometimes there's still time anyway if you spot something horrible (but faod this isn't horrible). It probably is the angle of the shot/domed crystal

Mrpong Take5 Its a 2XAR crystal, I sent the whole watch to Steve, I couldn't stand the reflection. I have 9 genuine Omegas and none reflect like this, I have had plenty of reps and none reflected as bad as this. While this may be overkill and not GEN like I prefer it. I have sent a couple Genuine watches to Steve over years including a Hamilton KHAKI MURPH that was equally bad or worse. I think if you look at genuine doomed crystals you will find many are acrylic and dont reflect like sapphire. I was also looking at the Garmin Fenix 6 PRO compared to the Garmin Fenix 6 sapphire and the PRO which has Gorilla glass is much more readable then the Sapphire.

MrBurgundy Did you notice difference in crystal REP to GEN ?

VSF is definitely currently putting work into realizing the titanium mesh bracelet. I hope it will be finished until No Time to Die hits the cinema (Andrew/ Trustytime told me 2-3 months from today).

This is good news. Did Andrew specify if the mesh will resemble the gen. mesh more accurately?

I would advise against buying Garmin at the moment.

Good Morning Fellow Bond Nuts, hope you are all keeping well in these crazy times, well I have finally finished this thread, is this the longest thread on this forum? I love the passion you all have for this watch, and some of you are very clever taking it apart, and putting gaskets in etc. I would not have a clue. I am lucky i have 2 Genuine watches, 40 years and Casino Royale Planet Ocean, my favourite bond film, and just love the watch. Now I have a few reps, some might be cheap and nasty, the Ladies Market in Hong Kong. Now I like this watch a lot, but after reading 192 pages, I now love it, and am thinking about the real thing, yes its a crazy price, but you can pay off for it. But unlike my other Genuine watches which are Limited Edition, this is not, the CR has doubled in value and also the 40 years has shot up in price. but will this one? I mean how long will this be on sale for? until the next Bond film. Or do I sit tight and wait for the V4 to come out? How much does postage cost to the UK, out of interest. anyway here's hoping we get to see the film in November, quick question, out of interest how many of you are into the Swatch James Bond collections, I love them, mind you add all them up, and you are not far off what this Genuine Omega costs. And if you get the chance you must visit Piz Gloria, you can get some very rare stuff, and the pretty unique thing is, there is no online shop, so the stuff you buy is so rare. Take care all

As far as I know the No time to die watch is not limited edition, like most other Bond watches, and will be on sale for a while. Can´t always tell for sure but like this the chance of gerring rare and increasing value is lower. Nevertheless, one of the most gorgeous Omegas for a long time! All those colorful Planet Oceans.... not my thing.
The V4 is rumored. But unknown and 50/50 chance there will one come out anytime soon. Maybe also because of the delay of the movie. The watch itself is almost perfect. Just the numbers on the insert, on the V3 slightly too fat, on the V2 slightly too thin. If they manage the moddle on the V4 would be perfect. The only problem is the mesh bracelet. Worng material and still wrong pattern. But I guess making a accurate mesh will be expensive and complicated. But never underestimate our chinese friends :D

I have one Swatch bond watch. I think they went out of their way to make the most recent generation look unprofessional and artsy, though. I think they don't want to compete with the Omega line.

Hi, I think this series of Swatch is very retro, with the video cassette cases look, mind you the Q watch is a different beast. I love the James Bond Swatch, am lucky enough to have most of them. The Omega's are thousands, where the Swatch are hundreds.

Yea its not a Limited Edition, so I doubt it will hold its value, but as you say its a beautiful watch, maybe when Craig retires, he can get a job with Omega :). Yes the mesh on the Genuine watch is beautiful, really makes the watch something special.
