Where do you guys get the idea that the case size of the VSF is different than the gen. After more than 1000 posts in this thread and just now someone discovers this basic flaw. I don't think so, but I suppose there is a chance. I'll measure the case tomorrow.

It was a couple of days, I can't remember exactly. But it wasn't too long, I'd remember if it was. I'm not a very impatient person when it comes to reps, I pay, and then try to think about something else :)

I know it is a bit strange quoting yourself, but I just had to. I measured the VSF V2 case just like I said I would and just like I said this non sense of the case possibly being 41.5mm can be put to rest. I measure it exactly as 1.655 in as seen in the pic which is the same as 1.655 in * 25.4 mm/in = 42.0 mm

Please don't be the next guy to come into this thread and make your 1st post about how something basic like this is wrong. This thread has been going strong now for 9 months and quite a few of the people that are posting have a LOT of experience with both gens and reps and have really good eyes. At this point it is pretty well established that there is nothing obviously wrong with this rep. V2 has corrected the most obvious tells and just about the only thing left is the movement and even that is a tough tell unless you really know what to look for.

Something fell off inside.. Take it to your watchsmith, maybe it's not so horrible. But it's definitely not normal!

I agree.
I had a rotor come loose one time on a rep. Super easy fix. Don't wear the watch or even try to wind it up. What ever it is could easily cause damage if it gets into the wrong place.

Can you see anything loose?
