I'm a new member on RWI forum
I just want to open this topic to show some of my daily works with custom handmade watch strap
New project today is for 2 Cartier Santos straps

For the Cartier Santos owners out there, I sent ziczacleather my rep strap after convincing him to make me one out of genuine crocodile skin. I will give my feedback once I receive it on this thread.

Cang is in the process of sourcing the inserts so I had to send the rep strap for him to use. I'm very impressed with how fast he got on to the job once he received the inserts.

I have contacted some Chinese supplier but they don't sell insert only so the only way is buy whole strap and remove insert to make new strap.
And the cost will increase about $20 for custom made cartier santos strap
Im still thinking about that not decided yet

Do you think insert is recommended for that? This specific JJF VC Overseas comes only on rubber but I would love to have black leather strap for that watch.

Completed strap. Supple leather and very impressed with the stitching.

Not to mention he remade the strap after my SO had an epiphany and decided to change the strap back. He did not charge me and remade a new one instead. Could not recommend him enough!

The rubber has a plastic piece inside at the end where it connects. It what gives It its shape
