3035s are gorgeous movements. Those purple reversing wheels just looks so much better than the red ones.

Sure is! I also have a 3035, already serviced. It wasn't cheap but I'm glad I got it when I did, they are hard to find.

What are you going to build? Early matte dial or later with WG surrounds?


I think at this point I am going to have to hold my nose and grit my teeth and pay for a Phong case. Then, I'll ask JonJ to shape it, and have misiekped built with the (all real Rolex) matte dial/hands/insert/bezel/click spring/retaining ring/3035 open 6/9 DW/crystal/crown. It will be a c.1982 ALL Rolex except for the case!

I'm glad I got the gen matte dial when I did, it seems you just can't find them now without paying in the thousands....

Yuki 3135 with gen parts,
gen T25 dial,
gen tritium hands,
gen bezel,
gen flat 4 insert,
gen crown,
gen crystal,
gen open 6&9 DW,
gen end links,
gen bracelet,
gen clasp.

The other 16610ln is just a stock TC V6

The Kermit is a franken piece with:
Gen LV hands
Gen crystal
Gen candy apple green insert
Gen crown
Gen DW
Shaved hour marks on dial
All the rest are stock JF

Who drilled the lugs for you and chamfered the lugs? Looking for the same for my TC.
