I could't find much info about the V3 version of the XF CF Diver but when I ordered mine at Kuvarsit Kevin confirmed it was a V3. Really happy with it and love the carbon in the sun but does any one know the difference between it and the V2, I read something about flexible end links?
So far it seems to be keeping great time, just gaining a few seconds a day. I was worried it might be a bit big on my 6.75 inch wrist but I have it on the last hole on the standard strap and seems fine, probably helps that it's pretty light.

Here are a few pics I took

XF Diver is still my favorite! Nice pics  and congrats!

But bro, you really couldn't find any info about the v3 vs v2?

Looks like a V3 but the date font looks incorrect/old. A shot in indoor lighting would help

From the Bezel it looks like a v3--"a more accented straight-line brushed finish" than v2. For flexible endlinks, as I understand, if you move the strap and the endlinks move to accomodate slightly, they are "flexible endlinks".

Where I need to be.
Here is a 5 from indoors.

The date font does not look like that of an XF V3, unless they inexplicably updated it to this font from the excellent one they used.
The date font lines on your watch looks way too thick!
Can you confirm if the date change happens instantaneously with a click as opposed to the tell-tale roll of an A2824?

The date clicks over instantaneously a few mins before midnight, no slow roll so sounds like it is a A2836

i'd be p!ssed with kuvarsit supplying that as v3. the date is a dead give away. ask them make it right by sending you the correct date wheel font then have someone like legend install

It is a rather strange issue Garuda , as the 2836 and 2824 datewheels are not interchangeable, but yet, I have not seen that datewheel anywhere except on older A2824 JF models.

OP, sorry for providing bad info

I was assumed it was gen given this post:

That was a private joke between stanevo6 and myself. If you look at his remark right after my post you get the full picture.
I was complimenting him on how well done his watch was. You took the comment too literally.
Always look at the full context to have a more complete understanding of the situation/scenario.

Agree it looks strange to see that font in a 2836 like the factory intentionally took a step back. More likely the date flip had no drag and OP confused it to 2836.

bossuk do the test again following guide written by mikey.
