I have had and still have some gold JF APs. I only had an issue with gold fading with one, although I have seen other people having issues with JF gold plate. The one I had issues with was the two tone 15400, the crown lost its plating, easy fix I just replaced it with a new crown.
The 44 ROO QEII is a stunner but I do not regret getting the diver.

I hope one will appear m2m because they doesn't seem to be made anymore. They also seem pretty rare. Fingers crossed.
A 44 came up in M2M recently but I do not think it lasted long there
I saw it and was close to pull the trigger but both the fear of gold wearing off and the fact that it was shipped from Australia stopped me.
Swedish customs are relentless and even if they let it thru they tax me to the moon and back.
