Hold your breath when it comes to the automatic 15202.

JF just released a teaser of a high end 15202 which is on par with their 15400 quality wise.

I have ordered a YG 15202 with undecorated 9015 for a friend as he wanted a YG watch...
and had to admit that it was a shit idea. Fake screws, no engravings on the case back, bracelet came installed the wrong way - had to turn it around.

And then there was a fake gear in the center of the rotor that was glued with some sort of gummy but not real glue. I had to take it off before damaging the movement...

Oh and it came with other hands as advertised as the maler claimed the hands as an update... wrong in every way. Dial layout is horrible anyways. Not even worth a 100 bucks IMHO

so keep calm and wait for JF to release the YG and RG versions of the 15202 as it will be the best option for all of us even if it is 1,5mm thicker than the gen.

*Sigh* More waiting lol Obviously not the answer I wanted to hear but I will, as you suggest, wait for JF to come out with their RG/YG version and be one of the first in line! Thanks for the feedback.

Sorry extremly hard to catch it with my smartphone cam but the color looks like 1:1 they should really polish the bezel and the bracelet links + fill the logo it would be a 1:1 rep its really a shame.

I still love the Quartz version lol

i like the comparison - and i get your point.

In this video we also can clearly see that the bezel is nothing shaped like the gen and that is the main reason why i held it back till now

The JF bezel will also be incorrect (sadly) do the movement. i dont think they can ever rep it 1:1 i mean the 15400 is also not 100 % correct but yeah JF is way closer but costs 3x more and i will wait for dial shots because the last 15400 blue dial was the worst blue ive ever seen.

you mean because it is not flat enough, right?

yes the case shape is different on the 15202 the gen is a little bend in the middle where the replica is not (because of the movement) thats why the bezel sits different but unlike they make a new movement i dont think that will change.

the IP is more polished for sure and a way to stand apart from the usual ST.

As the rep currently is, other than the slope of the bezel and width of it (should be closer to the shoulders of the lugs), it is currently one of the better ones given the dial color, overall thinness/thickness and once the logo is filled in, it would be an awesome daily beater.

And then you have a 35.000$ watch (if i remember right) without an exhibition case back but with a closed vintage case back haha

but at least you are not paying 488$ for JFs fuckery nor 35.000$ for the gen haha

Iam not against the JF (why should I?) but the price is ridiclious look at the dial its even worse printing than the 15400

JF can do a whole lot better based on their execution of the 15400 and the ROOs.

I liked the look of polished mid links on the white 15400 QEII cup edition. But then the polished bezel ruined the whole watch as it looks like something out of chrome like the 20$ canal street stuff...

The white dial mathed the black polished accents better that the very dark fumé dial of the new platinum model... too less contrast IMO
