Watcheden - 1st order question...

Made my first order with Watcheden. Had a quick question for those who had made orders from them before. Do you get a shipping email or update on your login from their site? Tracking number? I made the order on Saturday 11/15 and I haven't heard anything (it's the 18th now). Just wondered how they did things. I would have thought I would have gotten an email or update under login in their site with this information by now. I'm already thinking of making another order with them, but want to make sure this one goes through okay.

I think it varies. It's been a while since I've ordered with Watcheden, but as I recall, I would get a confirmation shipping email about half the time. But Watcheden is one of the faster shippers out there, so I'd say hold off on doing anything. You should get your watch about 10 to 14 days after the original order, even if you never receive a shipping confirmation. So I wouldn't worry about it.

I had difficulty using a Credit card and emailed them, they replied in hours. Once I got the CC to take the charge, they emailed an automated "paymemt succeed" and an email from sales "payment received". So far nothing on shipping though (4 days Later)

2 orders from them, on one i got a order confirmation email, on the other i didnt.
but i got a tracking number for both orders, like 4-5 days later.
