Hi All, appreciate any guidance that may help to change my RWI username under the same email, i already opened tickets with the rwi support but no reply yet.

Have you given a reason for said change? Non supporting members must have a good reason for a name change.

it is a personal reason, however Is that means being a supported member can have this privilege (Change their username)?
