Hi there,
I have been in the rep buying business 10+ years and have bought +100 watches and nearly all “our dealers†and even some directly when being in China.
As we all know (or should know), dealers deal in watches, they do not make them, so when buying a watch, you buy from the same source = factories, as all of them do. What you buy from a dealer is a watch, plus their specific service… AND that can be a world of difference!
When it comes to service we partly speak of;
Nearly any dealer can sell you a watch that is spot on the first set of QC pics, arrives functioning, does not stop after a few days. Some even cannot do that… It is mostly not within their hands, specially everything that happens after posting it…
But real dealer service quality starts when e.g. having a transport issue, it breaks after a few days, having so send it back, repairs, new shipping and so on… all the little things that make patience a must-have-requirement with this hobby.
So back to Ryan/Intime; I give him 10/10 for all these above points!
He is the best dealer I have used in years… and very patient as I had many, none Ryan related, watch issues, that he all fixed for me and I was a major PITA…
Enjoy the experience when buying from him, he is today one of the best, maybe they best dealer we have!

When it comes to service we partly speak of;
- do they write in an understandable English
- do they take PP or just WU
- how fast do they react on emails
- how many times/how long does it take to get a watch from the factory
- what are their QC pics like
- how do the pack/parcel the watch
- getting the write tracking code, sometimes twice if they offer triangle shipping
- and how do they handle an issue from DOA, exchange, shipping back, repair and what could be call ‘rep-guaranteeâ€
- and many other little things that we all got so used to in our Wal-Mart spoiled consumer attitude, forgetting this is an illegal business!
