Hi all, I was wondering if there is a general consensus on the best Omega Planet Ocean Skyfall. I know the early ones had a lot of inaccuracies, but after a year I figured they had them pretty good.

They have gotten much better but the pearl is still off. I ended up getting the regular Planet Ocean by Noob factory because the off-center pearl on the Skyfall edition is a dead giveaway. You could always mod it if it bothers you and any TD here should be able to get one for you.
Agree with Mr. Pap! For the same money you get better quality standart PO than Special. And... that's why factories don't make good Special PO's. If You want tp get really good bond watch, look at 50 Years of James Bond Ceramic SMP, it's really nice.

I love my Skyfall. I have a BP version, any TD should be able to get you one. Its basically a BP CrPO with a different dial and rotor. I think the quality of mine is excellent for the cost. The pearl is incredible, certainly no issues with that, just like all the latter BP CrPO's. The only thing with mine is the dial is slightly off centre to the case, so I need to adjust it really. ATM I've just got the bezel one click over from top dead centre so the dial issue isn't noticable, but I'll get around to sorting it out at some point.
Also, I think the movement could do with a service, as I find that if the watch is facing "12" down, or dial down for more than a couple of minutes, say whilst I'm driving or reading a book, the watch stops, always with the seconds had at 45 / quarter too / 9 position. I'm hoping its just some dust or something, as with a quick wrist shake, it'll go again, but I'll have to re-set the time as I may not have noticed for several minutes (or an hour) and it's behind.

Would you mind posting a few photos? I still want a Skyfall edition but every one I've seen had the wrong pearl on it or the old bezel from the Casino Royale edition or both...
So after combing this and several sites I have found that the consensus is there is no super rep (1:1, almost perfect) but there are for UPO's. Damn there's just so many of these that I like. And at the price it's really tempting.
Agreed!!! That IS an amazing piece bkg! I need that watch. Every site I looked had the wrong bezel which is I ended up going with the standard PO...
